House Extension/Renovation

We first used MTP Builders when we had our house extended some years ago. They did this task very well and since then we have used them for all our building work. They have always been reliable and done an excellent job Will recommend this business.

House Renovation

From day one the service and quality of work has been excellent. MTP was faced with quite a difficult job installing a second bathroom in part of the house which presented certain access difficulties. The company tackled all the problems they faced with efficiency and great workmanship. They managed to achieve something which other companies said could not be done and we could not be more pleased with the result.

New Kitchen at Timber Frame House Including Structural Work Removal of existing kitchen units, demolition of several internal walls plus installation of two steel beams one 6.5m long. Underfloor heating and new kitchen fitted inc full electrics and plumbing. One of the strengths of Matt and his team is undoubtedly communication. Detailed discussions, advice and ideas provided before work commenced, constant updating and contact throughout. Project was well coordinated with an excellent experienced and personable team. Kitchen Work

Matt and his team did a kitchen extension and garage conversation project for me in Summer of 2022, Very good standard of work, transparent costings, very responsive, project delivered on time,  good communications, Site was kept clean, would highly recommend and im delighted with the end product.

Kitchen Extension

MTP were contracted to do a full refurb on a 3 bedroom semi detached house to include new kitchen, bathroom, removal of inside walls, new flooring throughout and new block paved drive plus landscaping. The finished product was superb in every aspect. Matt, the MD along with his employees and contractors were a pleasure to work with due to excellent lines of communication, budgets adhered to and all deadlines being met on time. I have already recommended MTP for other projects and would not hesitate to use them on my next project.

House Refurbishment

A large kitchen project involving both extensions and internal wall changes led by Matt and his team. He was always very involved with many ideas from the start, hands on throughout the job and showing true care and desire to excel for the customer. Project completed inside timelines and to agreed budget.

Kitchen work/Extensions

We used MTP for our house conversion. This included walls being removed, new electrics and then the full refit to bring it all together. MTP are a great set of builders and trades people and I would highly recommend.
